Autumnal Marriage ceremony with Fashionable and Conventional Korean Parts

Each designers by commerce, Cecilia & David needed their marriage ceremony to mirror their preferences for contemporary, moody design whereas embracing a fall palette to mirror the season. Towards a glossy basis of greys and blacks, tones of yellow, burnt orange, and deep greens had been highlighted all through the florals and bridesmaids clothes.

Cecilia & David needed their Korean heritage mirrored within the flavors for his or her marriage ceremony, and Foxtail delivered with a variety of Korean-American flavors in each dish. Traditional slow-braised quick rib was served with a spicy gochujang glaze, and autumn was celebrated with their spiced apple refreshers and butternut squash starter.

We labored with Laura’s Floras to develop an autumnal palette all through our florals, beginning with the phantasm arch that framed the doorway of the ceremony backdrop. Laura integrated fall foliage in addition to clusters of persimmons, which signify luck in Korean tradition. These autumnal parts had been carried into the reception preparations as nicely, lush with roses, phlox, gingko, and seed pods.
